Upon arrival, I found that the hotel's rooms didn't meet expectations as the TV wasn't working initially. The room lacked the necessary amenities for a business stay and felt somewhat disorganized, not living up to its supposed 4-star rating.

Rooms

The rooms were not well-equipped for business needs and lacked certain essentials. They also seemed disorganized, as if furniture had been rearranged in haste.

Despite being woken up early, the service was efficient in checking us in early and assisting with our luggage for the shuttle. The staff, although not English speakers, were helpful in arranging different services such as car hire, laundry, and pet amenities.

The hotel offers stunning ocean views and spacious rooms, although some areas need redecoration. The service was efficient despite a busy period, and the location is convenient near the port and city center. Dining options were varied and enjoyable, with extraordinary food available at an extra cost.

I loved the fact that there were two doors separating the bedroom, making it very private. The room, although large, would have benefitted from a king-size bed.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are not typical hotel rooms and can get hot, but they have a good view. Despite the noise from construction work and the need to open windows, the location is excellent being right on the waterfront. The service was polite and efficient, although I noticed more attention was given to decorating the elevator than to other aspects. The dining experience was fresh and delicious but on the pricey side.

Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms felt more like an apartment than a typical hotel room, providing a beautiful view. However, there could be some noise disturbance. The service was really welcoming and professional, ensuring an early check-in and assistance with luggage. The location, set in the historic district across from the water front, was simply amazing. When it comes to dining, while there are many breakfast options nearby, the hotel's dining can be pricey for some with limited selections.
